Refund policy

At Ocean Wave, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.

Returns

• You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• To initiate a return, email info@theoceanwave.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for size and color variations (subject to stock availability).
• If the requested item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
